At Photography Bangladesh, we are committed to providing high-quality stock photos and e-commerce photography services that meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth customer experience, we have outlined our return, refund, and cancellation policies in compliance with Google and social media-approved policies.


1. Stock Photos (Digital Downloads) Policy

Since stock photos are digital products, they are delivered instantly after purchase and are non-refundable. However, we allow exceptions under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Corrupt or Unusable Files – If the downloaded file is damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours, and we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect File – If you receive the wrong image, notify us within 48 hours, and we will send the correct file.
Duplicate Payment – If you were charged multiple times for the same photo, we will process a refund for the extra charge upon verification.

Non-Refundable Conditions

❌ Change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
❌ Accidental purchase after downloading the file.
❌ Claiming dissatisfaction after downloading and using the image.

2. E-Commerce Photography Service Policy

We provide professional product photography services tailored for e-commerce businesses. Since our services involve manual labor and time, the following policies apply:

Order Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Before 24 Hours – You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Same-Day Cancellation – If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling – You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance for free. A rescheduling request within 24 hours may incur a 10% fee.

Refund & Service Guarantee

✅ If we fail to deliver the promised service, you are eligible for a full refund.
✅ If you are unsatisfied with the final photos, we offer one free revision or retouching to meet your expectations.
✅ If you decide not to proceed after the shoot is completed, no refund will be issued since the service has been delivered.
